FoxSwift Jets serves as an agent in obtaining charter services for our customers. We select carriers that are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and registered with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Carriers are solely responsible for the air transportation arranged by FoxSwift Jets for its customers. FoxSwift Jets does not own, maintain, charter, or operate the aircraft on which our customers fly. FoxSwift Jets is a broker, not a direct or indirect air carrier. All flights arranged by FoxSwift Jets are operated by federally licensed Part 135 direct air carriers.
